如遭遇政府要求，政策限制，军事活动，罢工等其他情况（非主办方原因），使中国项目管理大会不能在预期地点按时召开的，参会者应当放弃除注册费（扣除与大会接洽过程中实际所产生的费用）以外的赔偿损失或者补偿。任何一方都不再负有除此之外的责任。
取消政策及条款
如取消注册，需提交书面通知至MCI北京办公室，退费规则如下：

处于安全因素，届时所有参会者都在指定点领取名牌，大会期间，参会者需佩戴胸牌，参加任何会议活动环节也需佩戴胸牌。参会者禁止交换名牌。

- 2011年9月1日前取消的注册，退还原先费用的50%。
- 2011年9月1日之后，不予退款。

Liability
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the PMI (China) Congress 2011 to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the congress and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
Cancellation of congress registration
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to MCI Beijing. The following cancellation fees will apply:
For security reasons, all registrants will be issued a badge onsite which is required to be worn at all times during the congress and at any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly forbidden.
